India Sage Williams
Delaware Sensory Museum Inc. Founder
Delaware Sensory Museum (DSM) is a groundbreaking, therapy-informed, sensory play museum and community center coming soon, it is being designed to support children with sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and neurodiverse needs. Located in Wilmington, DSM is the first immersive sensory play museum in the state of Delaware, dedicated to creating healing, playful, and accessible environments that serve not only children but entire families and communities. Founded by India Williams, a faith-led autism mom and brand strategist, DSM emerged in response to the lack of inclusive play spaces and family support systems for neurodivergent children. We bridge the gap between early childhood development, therapeutic play, and community engagement in a space where difference is not a barrier but a doorway to innovation, joy, and restoration.

Nany Santana
Founder of She’s Crowned Ministry
She’s Crowned is an online faith-based community created to support Christian special needs moms on their unique journeys. Our heart is to provide a safe, understanding space where moms can find encouragement, spiritual growth, and genuine connection with others who truly understand their day-to-day challenges and victories. We meet virtually once a month for fellowship, Bible study, and heartfelt discussions centered around faith, motherhood, and advocacy. Through these gatherings, we remind moms that they are chosen, seen, and deeply loved by God even in the most unseen seasons. Whether you’re walking through diagnosis, homeschooling, or navigating therapies and appointments you don’t have to do it alone. She’s Crowned exists to remind every special needs mom that God’s grace meets her right where she is.

Kayla Castro
Certified autism travel professional
When my son was younger, I was terrified to travel with him. I searched high and low for accommodations and resources for guests on the spectrum. There were slim to none. So I became a travel advisor for special needs families because I wanted to be the resource for my clients, that I wish I had when my son was younger. Thankfully, the travel world has come a long way with accessibility. We still have a long way to go but this is a start. I love being able to share that with clients.

Courtney Jenkins
Founder of Awe and Wonder
Awe & Wonder has developed a curriculum specifically for those with special needs who need adaptions to better understand and know the Bible. The curriculum subscription launched in July 2023 with a membership option for families and one for churches. We also offer discipleship resources, tools, recommendations, and trainings to help equip families and volunteers with research-based Special Education practices that can be utilized in the church or home context to teach about God and the Bible. As I was praying over what to call this ministry, Psalm 65:8 came to mind. As believers, we are called to go into all the earth and make disciples. We want all the people in the world to stand in awe of God’s great wonders. We want to see ALL people come to know and worship God! I had a professor at Bible college who constantly said, “all means all, and that’s all all means.” Children and adults with disabilities are not excluded from all. As the church, we need to be intentionally reaching those with differing abilities and their families with the Gospel and integrating them into the life of the church. Special needs parents are called to disciple and teach their children the truths of Scripture, just like any other Christian parent.

Amanda Pluchino
Owner of Tablespoon Talk, Pediatric Speech and Feeding Therapy.
At Tablespoon Talk, I offer speech therapy, feeding therapy and myofunctional therapy for the pediatric population. I also offer mentorship services for new clinicians and students. My approach is holistic, play-based and completely child-centered. I believe that therapy should feel safe, engaging, and joyful- not pressured.
What makes my practice unique is that I focus on the whole child, not just their skills. I take time to understand each child’s sensory, emotional and developmental needs so therapy can feel natural and empowering. Whether we’re exploring new foods or supporting communication growth, my goal is always to build confidence, connection and lasting progress through meaningful play and relationship.
